Online voting

How voting works

Secure, secret and straightforward — one ballot per member, cast from your phone or computer.

  1. Check you can vote

You need an active affiliation on the day you vote. Each election's page lists any further conditions.

  2. Verify your affiliation

Open the ballot with your e-mail address and the private affiliation code issued to you.

  3. Mark your ballot

One ballot covers every position. Make your choices, check them, then submit once.

  4. Your vote stays secret

The record that you voted is kept apart from your choices, so nobody — including administrators — can see how you voted.

Eligibility

Who can vote

Voting is for members of the association with an active affiliation. An election may set further conditions, and these are always shown on its page.

  • An active affiliation whose category carries voting rights
  • Your private affiliation code, issued when your affiliation was activated
  • One ballot per member in each election

Expired affiliation? Renew it here. Lost your code? Contact the association to have a new one issued.

Election rules

Executive Committee elections take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of the sitting committee’s term. Fully paid-up senior members and accredited club delegates in good standing hold voting rights.

Written nominations must reach the Secretariat at least fourteen (14) days before the AGM. Voting is by secret ballot. Disputes or petitions fall under the jurisdiction of an independent Electoral Committee.

When an election is held online on this website, only members with an active affiliation in a category that carries voting rights can vote, each member submits one ballot per election, and ballots are secret.
